TVS MOTOR COMPANY is preparing to launch “TVS APACHE 310” which had got a commendable response by the bike lovers when it has showcased for the first time in Delhi auto expo a few months back which encouraged it production after its testing it multiple times to huge scale to the original plan.

TVS has confirmed to launch “TVS APACHE 310” between April and July in Indonesia, it means that its entry would be before that in the Indian market. TVS APACHE 310   is the second product from TVS-BMW partnership, BMW G 310 R is the first one in their partnership. Even though the bike is from their partnership and using the same platform as G310R, the design and development are followed to be according to their likeness and requirements but having same engine and frame. The word “Akula “means shark in Russian and the suffix “310” as it is a fully faired derivative of BMW G310 R.

TVS Apache 310 SCR Specifications:

TVS APACHE 310 SCR being designed by OBERDAN BEZZI has same 313cc, 4-stroke, water cooled, single cylinder motor that powers the TVS BMW G310R.It may or may not retune engine for INDIAN application but has powertrain capable of churning out a peak power of 34bhp at 9,500rpm against 28Nm of torque at 7,500rpm. With the capability of high rev peak, it has 6-speed gearbox for transmitting power.

TVS Apache 310 Design and Features

 The credits for the high-performance are due to the designing with the inputs from the company’s factory race drivers under the umbrella of BMW Motorrad and TVS Motor company association. The production version of the bike looks as aggressive as the original concept.

It has upside-down forks up front and mono shock suspension in the rear with the off-centric tyres and spoked wheels complete off-road focused look. Bike capabilities are increased by the hefty ground clearance. The sharp DEVIL HORN-SHAPED TAIL LAMP constitutes the tail section.
