The response has aided them to make the concept a reality sooner than expected. The TVS Akula 310 is a child of BMW-TVS tie up and has left fans with high expectations.
After a long road testing the Akula 310 on various streets of India, TVS Motors is now ready to launch the fully faired motorcycle soon. Recent news suggests that TVS Motors will launch the all new TVS Akula 310 (aka TVS Apache RTR 300) in Indonesia between April and July 2017. Now, if reports are to be true, then TVS Motors will launch the fully faired motorcycle, Akula 310 in the Indian market before its debut in Indonesia. The most awaited racing bike will also be known as TVS Apache RTR 300 will be launched in Feb-March 2017 according to media reports.
The design is made to look as aggressive as the concept and regarded as a tribute to 33 years of TVS Racing‘s heritage. The stylish looks make it look like a shark, true to its name. The production-ready model is based on highly stiff space frame chassis with lightweight carbon fibre components. It includes an aluminium subframe. The cast alloy swing arm intensifies the dynamic control, handling, drivability and also provides flexibility to the rider. It includes onboard gyro cameras, with a steering damper for added stability. It has high aerodynamic efficiency with a fully digital speedometer. The bike equipped with radial callipers and USD forks.
