Royal Enfield Himalayan owner Dhruv Chauhan started an online petition on Change.org and it was signed by 775 Himalayan owners. the online petition was made to collect various problems being faced by various owners in Royal Enfield Himalayan. Finally, Royal Enfield has officially taken the issue very seriously and promised to resolve all problems in coming days.
Dhruv has received a call from Royal Enfield and had a meeting with Mr. Pravin Dusane (Regional Service Manager of Maharashtra and Goa). Mr. Pravin Dusane promised him that he will take the responsibility of all the problem Dhruv facing in his bike. Pravin will make sure that all of the problems will be solved by replacing all defective parts with modified parts.
