RE HIMALAYAN WITH KTM DUKE 390 engine!! Ultimate fusion
FUSION OF RE HIMALAYAN & KTM DUKE 390
HAHAHAH!!!!
it is crazy enough to hear this news!
see this crossbreed!!.
He might be tired waiting for KTM adventure 390,thats why folks built this. One of the crazy petrol head has created this craziest fusion of Royal Enfield himalayan and KTM duke 390.Here the Royal Enfield Himalayan that, carries only is design and skeleton instead of its stock engine, display & carburetor.the fusion will churns out from a KTM Duke 390’s engine.
The funny thing is the Royal Enfield which is India’s first home brewed adventure tourer whose instrumental-cluster is replaced by the all digital unit from the KTM.Here the Himalayan not only borrows engine from the petrol rocket but also carries its stock multi-function display.they also borrowed the switch-gear and LED turn indicators from KTM Duke 390.To make it more clumsy they added up the after-market’s massive rear sprocket but it would improve the low-end grunt for those mud-plugging shenanigans & also to chop off to higher RPM.
The doubtful thing about the Himalayan’s stock chassis!!, that how cam the KTM Duke 390 engine fit into it??? the KTM Duke 390 fires 43bhp of power against the Royal Enfield Himalayan’s 25 bhp. the skeptical thing is about transmission!…..there is no clear picture/details about the transmission.but the thing is it must carry 6-speed baby from KTM Duke 390.
>>yet to be known its complete details about modification &its costd effective to this fusion.
>>critique:

Very novel idea for engine swap. I have a few questions though..
1. I see only the engine and instrument cluster have been swapped. What else has been transferred / replaced?
2. Since the KTM 390 has ABS, can the entire ABS components be transferred?
thanks for your valuable response
1.As per details details, only engine and instrumental cluster has been replaced. All other parts of Himalayan is retained..
2.No, because this custom made bike carries same brakes system as of Himalayan. so there is no ABS
HI Boss ,
is it ready model or design on paper only ??
Need to know more about it . I can help with few ticks
yea!!..
>>Its not a make product of company…
