The spy images of the next-generation Royal Enfield Thunderbird reveal some of the accessories that will be offered. The test mule was equipped with a touring accessories. The motorcycle had a tall transparent windscreen, a blackened crash guard upfront with a slanted design, a box-type frame on either side finished in chrome, which is likely to be pannier mounts. The previously spied images had a different set of pegs that were larger, wider and had a metal base with rubber cushion.
The next-gen Thunderbird will be built around a new chassis with BS-VI compliant engines and a host of other cosmetic and mechanical upgrades.
2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird FI
The rounded headlamp gets chrome surrounds for a better appeal. The small changes in the rear profile of the motorcycle where the turning blinkers are positioned closer to the number plate. As seen in the video, the motorcycle might also get hazard turn indicator switch.

The new 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X and 500X variant will be launched. However, to comply with BS-VI emission norms, the new Thunderbird X will get a fuel injection system. 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird FI is expected to get a revised instrument console.
The new 2020 Royal Enfield Thunderbird will continue with the same front and rear disc brakes with a dual-channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) will be on offer as standard.
The all-new 2020 Thunderbird along with other products to be launched in the first quarter of 2020 before the BS-VI compliance deadline of 1 April.
