KTM 390 Adventure Design Revealed and Launch in India is confirmed


There have been confirmed reports from KTM that the KTM 390 Adventure design will be made in India at Pune. Though the bike is still in the development stage, the Adventure bike will be perceived on the new-generation KTM Duke platform that also builds the Supersport RC series.


KTM 390 Adventure Specification:

The KTM 390 Adventure will be a new entrant into the Adventure Bikes category along with bikes like BMW G310 GS and the Royal Enfield Himalayan.  The bike will be powered by the same unit that powers the regular KTM RC390 model by the 373.2cc, single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The engine could be tweaked for higher power and torque. It will also get a new attire with larger multi-spoke wheels and a lot more features. The front of the bike could adorn 19-inch wheels, whereas rear could house the 17-inch wheels. There will be a bigger, all-new swingarm on the bike and it will also get disc brakes along with anti-lock braking system. This would give the bike a sportier appearance with improved performance.

KTM 390 Adventure Price:

With these additional features, the price could be anywhere more than 2.5 lakh which is a tad bit more than the regular model.

KTM 390 Adventure Launch in India:

The launch in India will be around the early half of the year 2018. Since the bike is still in developmental stages and the official unveiling of the bike will be at the 2017 EICMA Motorcycle Show to be held in November 2017. The spy images from Europe, show that it could be undergoing comprehensive testing before it is put to display at the event.
