Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI), have issued a silent recall for CB Unicorn 160 and CB Hornet 160 R motorcycles.
The company is yet to confirm officially about this recall. But they have updated their official website, where biker can check if their bike is affected by the recall. According to Honda(HMSI), few users of CB Unicorn 160 and Hornet 160R have reported clock-related (non-functional clock) issues on their motorcycles. if required they will change the complete instrumental cluster assembly.
The company’s endeavor is to offer the best customer satisfaction. Customers have been notified to bring in their Honda CB Unicorn 160 and CB Hornet 160R models to respect showroom and get serviced for a free of cost inspection. If service center found faulty, the digital display unit will be replaced irrespective of the bike’s warranty status.

- First check if your bike is under this service campaign by entering its Frame Number on Honda’s official website.
- If you caught up with issue, you can contact with your local service centre and schedule an advance appointment/book for service.
It’s indeed a very good and honest move by Honda in maintaining customer satisfaction as not many issues have been reported in the recalled bikes.
