According to rumors spreading via Indonesian blogs,  TMCBlog. The Japanese motorcycle maker is working secretively on a Four cylinder, 250cc engine. Michael Tanadhi, Deputy Head of Sales and Promotion of PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia. Who confirmed that the two-wheeler maker is currently working on a 4-cylinder quarter litre motorcycle.

Four-cylinder Kawasaki Ninja 250 Specifications:

  • 249 cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid cooled, 16 valve engine with DOHC ( Dual Over Head Camshaft).
  • It will produce 45 PS (33 KW) maximum power @ 15000 rpm and 25 Nm peak torque @ 11500 rpm.
  • Fueled via 4x Keihin CVK D30 carburetors.
  • 6-speed constant mesh transmission.

Previously the four-cylinder quarter-litre from Kawasaki was spied over the past couple of years. Which is a fully faired motorcycle that was seen back in September 2014.

We are eagerly waiting for some good news by the end of this year.
