All new generation 2017 KTM Duke 390 and 2017 KTM Duke 200 India Launch On 15th February 2017

Austrian two-wheeler manufacturer KTM unveiled all new generation 2017 KTM duke 390 and the updated KTM Duke 200 at the EICMA show in November 2016. Appeared on the internet indicated that Bajaj is going to launch KTM Duke 390 & Duke 200 tomorrow ( 15 February 2017 ).

Recently, That is not more than a month ago Bajaj launched updated 2017 KTM RC200 and 2017 KTM RC390. As per the E-mail, we believe that Bajaj Auto is not going to release any bike just because already they launched all their new series and new bikes too. But recently KTM is testing all new generation 2017 KTM duke 390 and the updated KTM Duke 200. We can expect these two bikes will be revealed tomorrow.

All New generation 2017 KTM Duke 390 & 2017 KTM Duke 200

All New generation 2017 KTM Duke 390 Features:

  • All new trellis frame.
  • Fuel tank design with sharp extensions
  • Bifurcated headlamp with LED DRL.
  • LED taillamp.
  • New TFT instrument cluster with more features like range, top speed, clock, 0-60 timer, hands-free kit.
  • New front forks.
  • Slipper-clutch.
  • Side-mounted exhaust system.
  • New catalytic converter.
  • Ride-by-wire.
  • Ride modes.
  • KTM MY RIDE for smartphone tethering.
  • Pillion grab rails have been repositioned.

All New generation 2017 KTM Duke 390 Specifications:

  • 373cc, BSIV Engine norms, liquid cooling.
  • Power 44 hp.
  • Torque 37 Nm (2 Nm increased).
  • six-speed transmission.
  • New Brembo braking system via Bosch 9MB two-channel ABS.
  • The Larger fuel tank of 13.4 litres.

Unlike the new 2017 KTM Duke 390, the new Duke 200 looks similar to that of the Duke 390.

The difference between all new generation 2017 KTM Duke 390 and the updated KTM Duke 200:

  • The headlight is not split from the center as seen in the Duke390 instead, its gets a single unit with LED strips on the sides.
  • No slipper clutch.
  • No ABS.

All New generation 2017 KTM Duke 200 Specifications:

  • It is powered by a 200 cc, single cylinder, FI engine, liquid-cooled engine.
  • It that generates 25ps of power & 19.2Nm of torque.

Some KTM showrooms have already started bookings for the new-2017 models. KTM dealers are taking the token amount of Rs 20,000. The delivery of the 2017 390 Duke and 200 Duke are expected to begin by the end of February/March first week.
